Ready to contribute your skills and help shape the future of our programs? We are currently seeking passionate and organized leaders for the roles listed.

    • Focus: Oversee the successful execution of the 12-week Mentorship Program and the various Professional Development Workshops (both student and professional tracks).

    • Responsibilities: Mentor/Mentee matching, training coordination, and program content curation.

    • Focus: Manage the logistical and outward-facing aspects of the organization.

    • Responsibilities:

      • Events Coordination: Planning and executing both in-person conferences (AIM to Connect/Recognize) and online sessions.

    • External Relations: Managing communication, marketing efforts, and executing the organization's expansion strategy.

    • Focus: Ensure the financial health and sustainability of the organization.

    • Responsibilities: Leading all fundraising initiatives, creating and managing the annual budget, and financial reporting.
